The advocacy meeting “The source of wisdom is the source of education”
On May 26, 2022, an educational and explanatory meeting titled “The source of wisdom is the source of education” took place at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was held within framework of the National Action Plan to eliminate bad habits that have a negative impact on the health of young people, such as excessive use of devices, gadgets among students, approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The meeting was aimed to instill high spiritual, moral and cultural values among young people and to advocate road safety rules.
The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan G. Yusupova, Head of the Traffic Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Police Lieutenant Colonel A. Jyrykov, Representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Police Major M. Chariyev, Chief Specialist of the Organizational Department of the Ashgabat City Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan M. Nuriyev, as well as the faculty and students of the Institute.
The speakers noted that one of the most socially significant tasks facing society is to find ways to reduce crime rate and to prevent offenses among young people.
