THE SCIENTIFIC PROJECT COMPETITION “A BRIGHT PATH TO PROGRESS” WAS HELD
On July 4, 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the scientific project competition “Ösüşe ak ýol/ Bright Path to Progress”, organized by the “Ýaş ykdysatçylar/Young Economists” Scientific Club. The competition aimed to identify talented young students innovators and encourage them to involve in Entrepreneurship. The students of the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy presented a variety of scientific and innovative projects.
Today, our government is carrying out extensive work to foster the intelligent, broad-minded youth who are proficient in modern technologies. The tasks within the framework of objectives set forth at the Level of national development programs are implemented constantly. The evidence of that is confirmed in the Strategy for the Development of the Science System of Turkmenistan for 2024-2052 and the Strategy for the Development of the Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026-2052.
As the Esteemed President stated: “The primary goal of our educational policy is to improve the education system in accordance with international standards, globally recognized norms, and best practices, nurturing the younger generation on the basis of national and universal human values and providing them with modern, high-quality education”. In this regard, the regular organization of scientific competitions and academic Olympiads among university students is of great importance.
The first-year students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations Medine Jeyhunova and Allanur Shikhiev, and third- year student Dawut Gezerov representing our Institute took active participation at the “Ösüşe ak ýol” scientific project competition. The winners of the competition will be awarded at the cerimonies dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan`s Independence.
