AN EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR WAS HELD
On October 1, 2026, an educational and methodological seminar was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to implement the tasks arising from the lecture conducted by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag, on September 2, 2026, at the Ruhyyet Palace in Arkadag city. The seminar was attended by university professors, students, and secondary school students.
At the educational and methodological seminar, Chary Nyyazov, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, Master Diplomat, and Candidate of Technical Sciences, gave a presentation on “The Importance and Role of Foreign Languages in Diplomacy (on the Example of the French Language)”. He also explained to in detail the meaning and content of the country's foreign policy and diplomacy.
The seminar featured an in-depth discussion on the National Leader’s inspiring guidance regarding patriotism and bravery, as well as the upbringing of the younger generation and strategic steps in foreign policy. The event concluded with an engaging, interactive question-and-answer session.
