Methodological Training Session was Held
On October 30, 2025, an online methodological training session was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The session focused on enhancing understanding of international scientific and technical information resources, publishing articles in journals indexed in those databases, and familiarizing participants with various bibliometrics indicators. Professors and lecturers from the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism of the Institute actively took part in the event.
During the session, Associate Professor of the Department of Automation of Production at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction Mr. Ahmet Penjiyev, delivered a presentation on information resources such as Scopus and Web of Science, as well as academic platforms including Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic. The presentation was based on detailed references and practical examples, which increased the effectiveness of the session and provided valuable experience for the lecturers.
At the end of the training, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views, making the online session highly engaging and productive. Concluding the event, participants expressed heartfelt gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the great opportunities created to study, learn, and educate the younger generation on a scientific basis.
