AN EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR WAS HELD
On October 7, 2026, the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized an educational seminar dedicated to Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the CIS countries.
The seminar was attended by students of the institute.
The seminar was conducted by Sapar Berdiniyazov, lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, and the holder of the distinguished title “Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan”.
During the seminar, lecturer S.Berdiniyazov emphasized that Turkmenistan pays special attention to cooperation with the CIS states and highlighted the importance of the upcoming CIS Summit, which will be held on October 9 this year in Avaza. Furthermore, he underlined that Turkmenistan consistently develops relations with the CIS member states in economic, cultural, humanitarian, transport, logistics, and scientific fields.
At the conclusion of the event, the students expressed their gratitude to the master-diplomat for his engaging presentation and asked questions of interest. Such systematic lectures provide future specialists with valuable opportunities to enhance their knowledge and practical experience.
