Conference Dedicated to the Celebration of National Democracy
On February 12, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a conference dedicated to the session of the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of the National Council of Turkmenistan with the participation of the teaching staff and students. The lecturers and students who attended the session of the People’s Council of the National Council of Turkmenistan also took part in this conference.
The speakers noted the proposals put forward by the President at the session of the People’s Council of the National Council of Turkmenistan and the results of the Year “Turkmenistan – the Homeand of Peace and Trust”. Moreover, they discussed important tasks set for the coming years. The speakers also noted that the historic decree for a 30-year period, namely the program “Revival of a new era of a sovereign state: the National program of social and economic development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052” was adopted within the framework of that session of the People’s Council.
The main theme of the meeting was the idea of calling the future of our dear Motherland “Revival of a new era of a sovereign state” and further enhancing the role given to the young people of our country.
At the end of the conference, the participants the esteemed President long life, strong health and success in his state affairs aimed at the prosperous future of the Turkmen people.
