SCIENTIFIC COMPETITION "CULTURE IS A FORCE THAT CREATES PEACE"
On October 22, 2022, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a scientific essay writing competition dedicated to the founding day of the United Nations was held among the members of the UNESCO club "Culture of Peace" and the scientific organization "Payhas we parasat".
According to the terms of this competition, students thoroughly studied the conventions, programs, international days of UNESCO, the UN's special agency for education, science and culture, and made their speeches on its activities for the maintaining of peace in the world through culture.
The purpose of the scientific competition is to increase students' interest in UNESCO, to study comprehensively the work of its committees, conventions, peaceful principles of this organization.
In the competition, Shasenem Meylisova took the 1st place, Dovletyar Archamyradov– the 2nd place,Hojamyrat Baylyyev– the 3rd place. And also Ayshat Ashyrova, Annagozel Mekanova, Batyr Esenov, Kakageldi Akmyradov, Gulovser Rejepova were very active and showed their best in this contest. The winners of the competition were awarded with souvenirs prepared by the organization "Payhas we parasat".
