CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO INTERNATIONAL DAY OF NEUTRALITY AND INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
On December 1, 2022, a conference was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality and the International Day of Human Rights.
The conference was attended by representatives of the National Council of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, the Prosecutor General 's Office of Turkmenistan, as well as the teaching staff and students of the Institute.
At the conference, there was a detailed discussion about the implementation of Turkmenistan’s international obligations in the field of human rights, the constitutional instruments for the protection of human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan, and the measures taken to prevent crimes against the constitutional rights and freedoms of person and citizen.
During the conference, questions and answers were exchanged with the students on human rights protection. Later, the participants watched the performances of the music group of the students of the Institute.
At the end of the conference, the participants expressed their sincere thanks to the President of Turkmenistan and wished the President of Turkmenistan long life, good health and success in his state affairs.
