CONSTITUTION AND STATE FLAG DAY CONFERENCE WERE HELD
On May 15, 2023, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the Institute on the occasion of Day of the Constitution and the State Flag. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court, officers of Migration, and teachers of our Institute spoke at the meeting. During the meeting, it was discussed about the important role of our Constitution, which is our main law, in managing the state, regulating the administration, protecting the rights and freedoms of people and citizens, and setting the relationship between the state and people.
The Basic Law of our country incorporates the best national and world practices, the principles of universal values, and will be a flexible legal instrument, while maintaining its main features, and it will be constantly improved taking into account the requirements of the time and the generally recognized norms of international law was emphasized.
