THE BOOK IS A POWER THAT ENHANCES HUMAN MORALITY, WIDENS PEOPLE’S HORIZONS AND SHARPENS THEIR SKILLS
On May 4, 2023, a creative meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The meeting was jointly organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan with the aim of widely promoting the role of the book in our society. The teachers and students of the State Academy of arts of Turkmenistan, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, International University for the Humanities and Development, Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva, the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan took part in the meeting.
During the meeting, the teachers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the representatives of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan gave speeches. In their speeches, they emphasized the benefits and impact of reading books in our lives and on building our happy future, as well as the importance of wonderful books that are the fruit of the wisdom of our Hero-Arkadag in brining up young people in the spirit of patriotism. The speakers also highlighted that the books of our Hero-Arkadag are our guidance to raise a sophisticated young generation and to promote the love of Motherland among them.
A short question-and-answer competition was also organized during the creative meeting. The winning students were awarded the gifts of the Ashgabat City Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan. The successful continuation of the creative meeting with the book exhibition increased the impact of the event further.
At the end of the creative meeting, the participants expressed their appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of Turkmenistan for the opportunities created to promote the feelings of patriotism and devotion to the national heritage.
