SIGNING OF THE DEAR FATHERLAND
In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, in the Year of
Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar, effective work is carried out to support the
creative initiatives of young people and to clearly demonstrate their initiatives. In
this direction, a special role is given to the Central Board of the
Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the editorial
office of the “Adalat” newspaper, which promote the achievements of our beloved
country during the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state. In order
to discover student’s abilities and improve their creative skills, these organization
held a creative competition called “Jan Watanym Türkmenistan”.Young
professionals working in law enforcement agencies, as well as law school students,
participated in this creative competition with great spirit.
The works submitted to the creative competition differed from each other in
content, idea and artistry. It was not easy for the jury to determine the winners of the
competition and to identify the best creative works and authors. According to the
results of the competition the 4th year student of the Faculty of International Law of
the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan Umyt Annagylyjova took the 1st place. Along with other winners of
the competition, our exemplary student was awarded with a Certificate of Honor and
valuable gifts prepared by the Central Council of the Youth Organization of
Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the editorial office of the Adalat
newspaper. Another victory of Umyt Annagylyjeva, who has extensively
participated in other scientific and creative competitions, indicates that the Institute
of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, being
the national school of Turkmen Diplomacy, is active in the filed of education and
training of future highly qualified specialists in various fields.
We also wish Umyt Annagylyjova, under the wise leadership of our Respected
President, great success in her future creative activities.
