Specialist program
The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan was established by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov dated March 20, 2008. The main objective of the institute is to train international-level specialists necessary for the country's diplomatic service. In accordance with the structure of the institute, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the higher education institution provides training in the specialties "International Relations and Diplomacy", "International Law", "International Economic Relations", "International Journalism".
