Appreciation meeting
On February 10, 2021, an appreciation meeting was held in the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by teaching staff of the Institute. The meeting focused on the results of the work carried out in 2020 on the implementation of the foreign policy direction of our Independent, Permanently Neutral State, as well as on identification of priority tasks for this year.
The meeting was opened by the head of the Institute, who highlighted that as a result of the planned research on the study of Turkmenistan's foreign policy strategy and diplomacy on a scientific basis, the work on topical issues of foreign policy and diplomacy is being carried out and it will be continued in the future.
At the meeting, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Amangeldi Rahmanov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Chary Niyazov delivered speeches on, responding to the instructions given by our Hero Arkadag at a video conference, methods of appropriate application of modern advanced technologies in educational work, including introduction of innovations.
In addition, at the meeting the participants expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag for creation of distinguished title "Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan" in order to reward the staff of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan who have made a personal contribution to the implementation of Turkmenistan's positive neutrality, peace-loving foreign policy, the development and strengthening of relations with foreign countries in the political, trade-economic, scientific-educational, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres, ensuring the state interests of Turkmenistan abroad, expanding fruitful relations with authoritative international organizations.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to our highly esteemed President, who carry out foreign policy strategy aimed at ensuring peace and sustainable development, as well as further strengthening international authority of our country, for the favorable opportunities created.
