A Ceremony of Appreciation
On June 12, 2021, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a ceremony of appreciation dedicated to the conferring of title of Professor of history of international relations and foreign policy to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Amangeldi Rahmanov in accordance with the Resolution of the High Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan dated November 20, 2020 was held. The ceremony was attended by faculty members and student youth of the Institute.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Rector, teaching staff and students of the Institute noted that exemplary work, books and scientific research on Turkmenistan’s foreign policy carried out by the Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Candidate of Philosophy, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Amangeldi Rahmanov are a great guide for future generations and they wished him every success in his undertakings and life.
In his speech, Amangeldi Rahmanov expressed his deep gratitude to our highly esteemed President for conferring the title of Professor. In addition, he noted that at present wide opportunities aimed at further improving professional qualification of scientific workers, establishing fruitful cooperation with the world’s largest scientific and educational centers, including international organizations and foundations are created.
