MASTER DIPLOMAT’S TRAINING SESSION IN FRENCH LANGUAGE
During the year of «Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi», at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan was held a lesson in French language to the students of our institute. The trainong session was conducted by Chary Niyazov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, candidate of technical sciences. Master diplomat also summed up all the training sessions.
During this training session, the master diplomat along with teaching various aspects of French language, taught the finer points of diplomacy and gave interesting information about peculiarities of diplomacy. Also, he started his speech in French with such phrases: «Diplomacy is the art of implementing the Foreign Policy of the State. He achieves his goal mainly through persuasion and agreement. A state or a number of states come together and look for ways to direct the changes taking place in an advantageous direction for them. It is called «dialogue» in diplomacy.
The National Leader of Turkmenistan noted «Dialogue is a Guarantee of Peace». He mentioned that for several years now, this philosophy has become a logical continuation of the principle of «Peace through Growth» of Turkmenistan's Foreign policy. Today, Turkmen diplomats are working on promoting this philosophy in international relations. Also, special importance is attached to preventive diplomacy, its effective use of tools such as strengthening peace, resolving emerging issues through political-diplomatic means, peace-building and strengthening the culture of trust».
These sessions were of particular interest and further improved understanding of students about diplomacy in general.
During the impressive training sessions, the students asked the master diplomat about the questions they were interested in.
At the end of the session, the great achievements of our country under the wise leadership of our highly esteemed President were highlighted.
