The international conference
On April 15, 2021, the opening ceremony titled “Global Cooperation of Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan for the sake of Peace and Trust” was held with the participation of our esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The conference continued its work in three sections after the plenary conference.
The first plenary session was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan titled “Cooperation of the sake of Peace and Trust ”. The first session was headed by Philippe Saprykin, a Deputy Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia. Rashid Meredov, a Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as the heads and the representatives of the international organizations delivered speeches in this session. The participants at the session spoke about the policy of peace, good-neighborhood, as well as the principles of prosperity, development and humanity of Turkmenistan.
After the session a “ Round table “ discussion, related to the outcomes of the international conference was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
