A scientific collection of papers on topical issues of international relations
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan, scientific, political, social and other publications have been published in our country on the importance of the tremendous reforms realized under the leadership of our highly respected President and great achievements during the years of independence of Turkmenistan. In this regard, scaled work has also been implemented within the framework of scientific institutions that are part of the foreign policy system.The collection of scientific articles and poems of the teaching staff and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan entitled "Topical issues of international relations: scientific and creative approaches" has been published by the Turkmen State Publishing Service. This was a unique gift from the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy to the glorious 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of our country and a scientific analysis of the achievements in foreign policy.
The collection begins with an in-depth scientific paper by Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Historical Sciences, "Higher School of National Diplomacy: Positive Experience in Training Skilled Specialists in International Relations." The article describes the positive national experience gained in recent years in the training of specialists in the area of international relations. In this regard, the wide opportunities created by our deeply esteemed President and the reforms carried out in the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy in organizing the diplomatic work in accordance with the requirements of the modern time have a positive fruits on the training of skilled young people. Extensive data-based comments and comparisons with foreign experience in this regard have increased the scientific significance of the article.
The collection contains scientific articles that reflect the importance of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan, the proclamation of 2021 by the UN General Assembly as the " International Year of Peace and Trust" at the initiative of Turkmenistan, as well as the Turkmen model of Neutrality. During the years of the independence, including the period after recognition of Permanent Neutrality Policy of Turkmenistan by the world community, the Turkmen model of Neutrality has demonstrated that it is fully in line with the national interests of our people and has become an effective tool for mutual understanding and cooperation between peoples of the world. In this connection, the Turkmen state's address with the creative initiatives to the world community, proposals for coordination of regional and international situations and efforts to find a positive solution to them, have gained wide international support and dozens of UN Resolutions at the initiative of our country clearly testify above-mentioned.
Our national leader always emphasizes the importance of the high level of professionalism of the workers of diplomatic service of Turkmenistan and training of talented young diplomats. In this regard, in the scientific article "Scientific and practical support of political-diplomatic work” describes scientific and practical approach to solving important tasks such as effective organization of this work in accordance with modern requirements, opening of modern professions, widespread use of innovative and digital technologies in the field of education, achievement of high professionalism of scientific and pedagogical workers.
The authors note that Turkmenistan has been proving in practice that it is a state that makes a concrete and great contribution to the development of bilateral and multilateral relations and the effectiveness of these relations.
Turkmenistan takes responsible approaches for fulfilling the Agenda of the UN General Assembly for Sustainable Development by 2030. The three main areas of Sustainable Development Goals include economic, social and environmental areas. If the economic direction involves the rational use of resources, the social sphere is aimed at the development of mankind, the maintenance of the stability of the social and cultural system, and the ecological direction is concentrated in the security of natural systems. The scientific articles also describe and scientifically analyze the great progress made in the implementation of the Goals of Sustainable Development and the important tasks ahead, as well as the initiatives put forward by our highly respected President in this regard.
The publication also covers important areas of development of digital diplomacy and national legislation, as well as important directions of foreign policy such as ecology, human rights, gender equality, development of cultural-humanitarian and economic cooperation and their scientific explanation.
Other articles and poems of the scientific collection reflect important issues and achievements of foreign policy and diplomacy of our country. We firmly believe that this information along with understanding the scaled work carried out in our country in the field of foreign policy, will serve as a valuable resource in teaching and research.
