In 1993, he graduated from the Maghtymguly Turkmen State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
Since 2018, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of International law and Comparative law at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Since 2020, he also works as the Acting Assistant of Dean of the Faculty of International law at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Courses taught: Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Administrative Law.
