A SEMINAR ON THE POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF THE ENERGY DIPLOMACY WAS HELD
On April 30, 2025, a seminar on the political and economic aspects of the Energy Diplomacy was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The seminar was conducted by A. Bayramova, the lecturer of the Department of the International Relations and Diplomacy. The seminar was attended by young members of Energy Diplomacy center of the Institute, operating over one of the priority areas of Turkmen diplomacy.
Modern energy aspects , their role in international relations and their growing tendency were discussed extensively. Special attention was given to the strategic importance of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline construction in the regional and global energy sector. The contribution of this international project to the ensuring the secure energy supply and its role in promoting the regional economic cooperation was emphasized.
