A course on Energy Diplomacy
On April 22, 2022, a training course on Energy Diplomacy with the participation of members of the School of Young Diplomats was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Rahim Akmuradov, lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy chaired this course. During the training course, the importance of energy diplomacy in the foreign policy of our country and the projects implemented in the interests of its development and the aim to ensure the country’s energy security were discussed.
At the training course, it was underlined that Energy diplomacy is known as the newest field of modern diplomacy, its role in the energy sector has been steadily increasing in recent years, and it serves as an instrument of economic interests in the international arena as well as in the region. This training course was so effective and meaningful for the students.
