Energy Diplomacy: A Training Course dedicated to the Antalya Diplomatic Forum
Every Tuesday of the week, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, which is the national school of Turkmen diplomacy, conducts training sessions in the field of energy diplomacy. On March 6, senior lecturer of the Department of the International Relations and Diplomacy of our institute, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Nurberdi Amanmyradov held a training session with students.
This lesson was devoted to the speech of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the National Council of Turkmenistan on energy and "green" diplomacy at the 3rd Antalya Diplomatic Forum held in the Republic of Turkiye on March 1. The National Leader noted that he follows the strategic path of "green" diplomacy in this area and prioritizes this model of cooperation in the world. This promotes responsibilities between countries, overcoming collective and group interests, and serving the future.
Also, during the course, the senior lecturer spoke in details about the importance of Turkmenistan's energy diplomacy for the national region and the world, bilateral and multilateral cooperation in Turkmenistan's energy sector, UN global initiatives on sustainable energy development and climate change.
The course was very informative for the students and they received comprehensive answers to all questions.
