IMPROVEMENT OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE STATE
In the era of happiness of the Powerful state under the leadership of the esteemed President the legal system of our country develops, widely the legislative framework has progressively been strengthened and international partnership in relevant areas have been expanded.
The transition of the national parliament to a bicameral system in 2021, a year held under the slogan «Turkmenistan - the homeland of peace and trust», the adoption of the Basic Law - the Constitution of our country in a new version, is a clear testimony to this, as great reformes the organization of webinars in cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) within the framework of the Regional project “Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asia”.
As is known, an agreement was reached with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) within the framework of the Regional project «Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asia» from 27 January to 24 March 2021 on the organization of 5 webinars on «Administrative law and proceeding».
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan also participate in the Regional project «Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asia» along with Turkmenistan. The project contributes to the strengthening of the legal system of Central Asian countries, as well as to the implementation of wide-range activities in the field of administrative law and procedure.
The project supports the efforts of Governments to improve public administration in accordance with the requirements of the developed, modified administrative norms. Further more, is being done through the provision of advisory services to the administration and training courses for State officials and administrative court judges.
