A scientific-practical conference on “Organized labor and human rights” was held
On December 7, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan and the International Day of Human Rights, winners the article "Organized labor and human rights" was announced at the joint organization of the magazine "Democracy and Law" of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly spoke at the festive meeting. As well as the institute's teachers, students and winners of the competition of scientific and practical articles on "Organized labor and human rights" participated in the conference.
During the conference, the participants spoke about the activities implemented in the field of human rights in Turkmenistan. Those who spoke at the meeting emphasized that as a result of the President's tireless efforts, human and civil rights are recognized in Turkmenistan in accordance with the generally recognized norms of international law. They also noted that the Constitution and Laws of Turkmenistan guarantee human rights, and that digital systems are being implemented.
The festive meeting was accompanied by musical performances by the artistic enthusiasts of the institute.
