A Festive Ceremony entitled “Dialogue is a Guarantee of Peace” held
On February 13, 2025, the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a festive ceremony entitled “Dialogue is a guarantee of peace” on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Personnel of Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Gulshat Yusupova, Chairman of the Central Council of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the Women's Union of Turkmenistan Oguljennet Berdilieva, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Technical Sciences, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Chary Niyazov, winner of the degree “Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan”, Director of the Institute of State, Democracy of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Law Yagmyr Nuryyev, and members of Mejlis of Turkmenistan Batyr Baylyyev and Gurbangul Berkelieva, High Representative of Turkmenistan for Human Rights and Chief Advisor to the Court, noted the importance of the philosophy of our Hero Arkadag “Dialogue is the Guarantee of Peace” in shaping Turkmen diplomacy. They also highlighted respect for the Esteemed President for the country's diplomatic workers. In recognition their contribution the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, a ceremony was held to present certificates of honor and valuable gifts to the diplomats lectures of the institute on this special occasion.
At the end of the event, the meeting participants wished to Esteemed President and our Hero Arkadag sound strong, long life and success in all their undertakings.
