PARTICIPATION OF TURKMEN STUDENTS IN THE TURKMEN-UKRAINIAN ONLINE TRAINING SESSION
On November 26, 2024, the Institute of International Relations of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted an online meeting with the
participation of representatives and specialists in the field of education of Taras
Shevchenko National University of Kyiv of Ukraine. The meeting was devoted to
the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of education, as well as to
holding cycles of online training sessions for students of higher educational
institutions of our country. The meeting was actively attended by students of the
National School of Turkmen Diplomacy, International University of Humanities
and Development and Magtymguly State University.
During the online meeting, it was noted that Doctor of Philological
Sciences, Professor, Senior Researcher of the Department of Ukrainian Philology
and Educational Technologies would hold a series of online lectures for students.
In the current meeting, the lecturer disçussed the life and works of the great
Turkmen classic Magtymguly Fraghi, as well as introduced the students to
scientific works on the life of the poet-humanist and shared translations of the
philosopher's poems into Ukrainian.
This online meeting once again marks a new stage in the development of
Turkmen-Ukrainian relations in the sphere of science and education. It is worth
noting that the series of online lectures will give impetus to strengthening further
cooperation between the two universities in the field of education.
