WINNERS OF THE HOLIDAY COMPETITION AWARDED
On October 22, 2021, an awarding ceremony entitled “Independence is our Happiness, Dreams of Pyragy Came True” was held at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. The ceremony, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of our sacred independence and the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Pyragy, was attended by teaching staffs and students from a number of higher educational institutions of the country.
During the ceremony, a number of teachers of higher educational institutions were presented with certificates of membership in the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan. The winners of the competition, which was organized by the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of our independence, were also awarded. In this competition, held at two levels, the students of the journalism specialty of the higher educational institutions of the country competed in the first level, and the students of the other specialties competed in the second level in writing an article. Students of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan also took part in it. According to the results of the competition, Tavus Akjayeva, third-year student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, took the third place in the first level competition and received the Certificate of Merit and a valuable gift.
At the music ceremony, the composer’s performances and artistic readings from the poems of Magtymguly Pyragy in different languages were very impressive for the audience.
At the end of the ceremony, the participants expressed their gratitude to esteemed President.
