ATTENTION, COMPETITION ON LAW!
REGULATIONS
of the competition organized by the Department of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence
of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and
the “Young Lawyers” scientific club on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan.
The students of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University of Turkmenistan, the International University for
the Humanities and Development and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
can participate at the competition.
1. Aim of the competition
This competition is aimed at improving the understanding of the legal foundations of Turkmenistan among students studying in various fields of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan.
2. Organizers of the competition
The competition is organized by the Department of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the “Young Lawyers” scientific club.
3. Participants of the competition
• Students of the Turkmen State University of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly;
• Students of the International University for the Humanities and Development;
• Students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Note: In order to maintain a balance among participants, students studying international law and legal affairs are not allowed to participate in the competition.
4. Stages and procedure of the competition, registry of participants
4.1. Competition Stages:
• Selection stage;
• Semi-final stage;
• Final stage.
4.2. Procedure:
Selection stage. At this stage, the tasks in question were sent to the e-mail addresses provided by the registered participants. They should write answers to the questions given, referring to our national legislation, expressing their understanding. The 3 (three) best students from each higher education institution qualify for the next round.
Semi-finals. Answering the questions formulated within the framework of the legislation of Turkmenistan. This stage is conducted in the form of a quiz game. Students are divided into 3 groups based on merit. A separate quiz game is held for each group. During the game, the team members have to take turns choosing one of the cells marked with prizes according to their theme and difficulty on the monitor screen and answer the questions that came out of the cell. The student with the highest total number of points in each group moves on to the finals.
Final. Continuation of the quiz game.
The winners of the semi-finals compete against each other in the finals in an extended version of the quiz game.
4.3. Registration of participants
Students who wish to participate should send their personal information as described below to the email address tdimhgibasleshik@gmail.com in document word format until 16.09.2022.

5. Prize
According to the results of the competition, the participants will be awarded certificates of appreciation and valuable gifts. The student who wins the 1st place in the final round also gets a portable trophy of the competition.
6. Place and time of participation
Semi-final and final stages of the competition are held in the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Questions of the election round 17.09.2022. sent to the e-mail addresses provided by the participants on the date.
Participants must submit the answers to the tasks of the qualifying round on 22.09.2022. should be sent to tdimhgibasleshik@gmail.com (last date 21.09.2022).
The list of students who successfully passed the selection stage is available on the website of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on 23.09.2022. will be posted on

Time of the final round - 26.09.2022.
7.Additional terms and conditions
Finalist students begin the competition with their combined scores in the Semi-Finals. Students who have not sent the participant registration form cannot participate in the competition. The competition is held in Russian and the answers to the questions of the selection stage must be sent in Russian. During the semi-final and final stages, participants can answer the questions in Russian or Turkmen.
Actions made after the dates specified in the regulations will not be accepted by the Organizing Team.
