Ashgabat Fashion - 2022
This is the first time such an event has been held in our country, whiсh is organised under the auspices of the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO. It takes place within the framework of the Ashgabat - City of Design: Fashion Week 2022 festival.
The goal of the Fashion Week is to support Turkmen brands, identify new talents, including stylists and designers and popularise their new products.
The festive atmosphere of the fashion show was enhanced by the bright performances of Turkmen pop artists. Many collection models were made by hand and created using a unique sewing technique. The guests of the fashion show were especially interested in the original accessories of the traditional clothes of young Turkmen girls. During the event, video materials were presented on previous fashion shows, the touristic and investment potential of Ashgabat.
