City of Arkadag is the happiness and future
Today, October 23, a competition was held among the first year students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of the “Opening of the first stage of the city of Arkadag”. At the scientific club of young lawyers of institute of the Department of International law and comparative law also attended at the competition and asked the questions about the legal status of the city of Arkadag. A competitive event was held with the questions in connection with the adoption of the law in the city of Arkadag, which defines the legal, organizational and other principles of the work of authorities of the new built city.
Indeed, in the image of the new city, the best traditions of national architecture are harmoniously combined with modern trends in architecture and decoration. At the territory of the new city, the creation of a comprehensive infrastructure that matches with international standards, including standards in the field of environmental protection, provides comfortable living conditions for citizens.
