The XXIV International Universal Exhibition and Conference «White City Ashgabat»
On May 24-25, 2025, the Ashgabat city administration and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan hosted the XXIV International Universal Exhibition «White City Ashgabat». More than 150 state and private institutions and enterprises of our country, as well as foreign companies, participated in it with their products and services.
The Exhibition was attended by the members of the Government, heads of ministries, departments, the Ashgabat city administration, diplomatic missions in Turkmenistan, businessmen of our country and foreign countries, representatives of public organizations, the media, residents of the capital, as well as students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The Exhibition reflected the results of State Policy in the field of urban development, covering a wide range of areas, from construction and architecture to industry, transport, communications, finance, education, healthcare, culture, tourism and sports.
The multi-purpose event also featured pavilions from several higher educational institutions of our country. Private educational centers operating in our country also actively participated in the exhibition. Businessmen from our country and abroad also presented their services in the field of heating, cooling, and electrical systems. As part of the exhibition, a display of the latest vehicles from the world’s largest manufacturers, as well as equipment used in the construction and municipal sectors, were also organized to provide the daily life of the city’s population.
Along with industrial and applied art products, the exhibition presented large-scale «green» investment projects for the creation of ecological urban systems, energy-saving technologies, as well as projects for facilities aimed at preserving a comfortable urban environment. A significant part of the exposition was occupied by engineering communications and automated control systems.
Particular emphasis was placed on the construction of socio-cultural facilities, modern urban planning, the introduction of innovative «smart» city technologies, as well as the priority of importance of using environmentally friendly and renewable energy sources.
The exhibition grounds clearly demonstrate that the capital Ashgabat continues to develop rapidly in all areas and has great potential for business. The events dedicated to the Day of Ashgabat City in the International Year of Peace and Trust are distinguished by their rich content and further strengthen the capital’s position as a center of friendship, brotherhood, and cooperation.
