A TRAINING COURSE ON THE IMPORTANCE OF MULTIMEDIA METHODS OF JOURNALISM IN EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS
On September 1-2, 2022, a training course on the topic "THE IMPORTANCE OF MULTIMEDIA METHODS OF JOURNALISM IN EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS" organized by the Ashgabat Center of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) was held at the “Yildyz” hotel. Representatives of the country's mass media and teachers of higher educational institutions that train journalists took part in the course. International experts such as Mark Beckerman from the UK and Aleksey Terekhov from the Russian Federation delivered the training via digital video link.
During the training, international experts spoke about the methods of active use of multimedia tools and their importance for informing the public about hot news in emergency situations using specific examples based on international experience.
