A LECTURE ON ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY
On April 18, 2025, a lecture was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan for the members of the Institute’s Economic сlub, under the fıeld of "Economic Diplomacy" The topıc of the lecture was “Scientific Justification of Turkmenıstan’s Intention to Join the World Trade Organization”.
The lecture was conducted by Sulgun Nepesova, a lecturer at the Department of International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was emphasized that the intention to join the World Trade Organization is currently highly important in ensuring the harmonious development of international relations. The session also highlighted the role of economic diplomacy in protecting national interests within international cooperation. The lecture was conducted in a question-and-answer format, and the students’ questions were addressed with concrete examples.
