Conference dedicated to the topic “The model state doctrine of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and towards a great future with the way of our Hero Arkadag Serdar”
On October 4, 2023, a conference, titled “The model state doctrine of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and towards a great future with the way of our Hero Arkadag Serdar” at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in order to promote the historical and political importance of the meeting of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan which was held in 24th of September in the Maslahat Palace in Ashgabat. The conference was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov, the executive secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Hero of Turkmenistan Chynar Rustemova, the professor-teachers and the students of our Institute as well as other higher education institutions.
In the speeches of speakers noted that the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is the highest representative body of the people's power, and it has become a tradition to hold Halk Maslahaty regularly and meet with the people in our independent, permanent neutral state. At the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, much attention was paid to the proposed initiatives related to the foreign policy and their importance in the world community as well as the speeches related to their implementation were also widely distributed at the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude and wished our esteemed President and our Hero Arkadag , the National Leader of the Turkmen people sound health and great success in all their undertakings.
