TURKMEN ATHLETE WON A GOLD MEDAL
During the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, great attention is paid to the development of sports under the leadership of the President. This is evidenced by the fact that Turkmen sportsmen participate in national and international competitions and win prizes. A great example for this is the 17th international karate tournament Banzai Cup held in Berlin, Germany, on September 3-4, 2022. More than 1,200 athletes from 31 countries participated in this competition, including athletes from Turkmenistan. At the competition, Turkmen athletes won 13 medals. They include, Yusup Garajayev, 1st year student of the Faculty of International Law of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a karate master, won the 1st place and was awarded a gold medal.
As far as we know, Yusup Garajayev previously participated in many other international competitions and won prizes. We also wish the young athlete further success and victories.
