OUR ANOTHER SPORTING PRIDE
In independent and permanently neutral Turkmenistan, great attention is paid to the development of sports. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that Turkmen sportsmen participate in national and international competitions and win prizes. One of these young athletes is Dovran Durdiyev, the 2nd year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. On December 9-10, 2022, he successfully participated in the open championship of Turkmenistan held in Dashoguz Velayat by the Committee on Physical Education and Sports and won the the 2nd place (silver medal) in the weight category of 79 kilograms. This achievement of our fellow student makes us very happy and proud. We wish him further success in sports.
